If you’re wearing a mask, and your breath has a less-than-rosy aroma, you can’t blame the mask. That’s just how your breath actually smells.
Id much prefer to tell my wife that I dont like the dress that she wears … and thats my wife! Its almost like a taboo topic.
Dr Kestenberg says in mask-free times we cant normally smell our own breath, simply because weve acclimatised to it.
