If you’re wearing a mask, and your breath has a less-than-rosy aroma, you can’t blame the mask. That’s just how your breath actually smells.
Id much prefer to tell my wife that I dont like the dress that she wears … and thats my wife! Its almost like a taboo topic.
Dr Kestenberg says in mask-free times we cant normally smell our own breath, simply because weve acclimatised to it.
But never fear. He says everyone has bad breath or if you prefer the medical term, halitosis at some time, he detects it in about a quarter of his patients.
