“BABY PYTHONS EVERYWHERE!”

Sunshine Coast snake catchers say hatching season is upon us, with hundreds of baby snakes expected to be seen across the region for the next couple of months.

Luke Huntley from Snake Catcher Noosa affectionately refers to the period as ‘snake noodle season’. After incubating clutches of carpet python eggs over the New Year, he’s releasing this slithery bundle into local bushland.
