Victoria could record its first day with no new COVID-19 cases since the start of the second wave on Tuesday.

Victoria could record its first day with no new COVID-19 cases since the start of the second wave on Tuesday.
Officially one new case was detected overnight in a person who has previously tested positive and been cleared of the virus.
The case is now before a panel of experts who will determine whether or not the person is actually infectious or rather simply still shedding the virus from their system after the previous infection.
