Australia’s top chefs ‘screaming out’ for pomegranates, growers can’t keep up

Bright red and known for its unique taste, the pomegranate has become a sweet success for growers Jane and Paul Wilson as top chefs and consumers across the country line up for the popular produce.

The Wilson family first started planting the ancient fruit in South Australia’s Riverland region a decade ago but struggle to keep up with demand.
