Medal hopes take huge hit after thumping loss
Australia’s softballers lost 7-1 to Canada on Saturday morning, all but ending any gold medal hopes.
It was their second loss of the the tournament after losing to Japan in the opening round of competition, before rallying to beat Italy on Thursday.
