Riding the ‘moderation’ wave, Melbourne’s Brunswick Aces distillery will soon be launching the country’s first permanent non-alcoholic bar.
Set to launch in late April 2021, the 150-person venue in Brunswick East will offer an extensive list of curated drinks and cocktails for teetotalers this includes beer and wine, and the distillery’s signature 0% alcohol gin alternatives, Spades Sapiir and Hearts Sapiir.
