Australians who are vaccinated against coronavirus will be able to carry proof of vaccination certificates on their smartphones through existing government apps.
The ‘proof of vaccination’ certificates will be administered through the Express Plus Medicare app, Minister for Government Services Stuart Robert announced on Sunday.
Hard copies will also be available.
