Dozens of Australian and New Zealand players of online basketball game NBA 2K claim theyve been scammed out of at least $300,000 by scammers using the name of one of the communitys most popular figures.
NBA 2K, a virtual basketball game for PC, PS4, Nintendo Switch and Xbox, allows gamers to chat to and play against friends and strangers using in-game voice chat and online play modes.
