Australian stars baffled over cricket schedule clash – Sydney Morning Herald
The Board of Control for Cricket in India has released the dates for the IPL and women’s T20 challenge, with the latter leaving Australian star Alyssa Healy in disbelief.

The BCCI’s decision sparked a sharp response from Australia’s top players, including Alyssa Healy, who are major drawcards and would have played in the Indian event. There were no Indian women players in the WBBL last season.
“So the Indian players who’ve already signed WBBL contracts will do what? And all the international marquee players that will be in Aus for WBBL? Good luck with it,” Healy, who also sits on the women’s advisory board of cricket’s international players’ association, said.
