The AMA has addressed debate on whether a COVID-19 vaccine will be compulsory.

Doctors are urging the federal and state governments not to force Australians to get a coronavirus vaccine if and when one becomes available.
Australian Medical Association President Omar Khorshid said making vaccinations compulsory sends the wrong message to the community and is confident that the move wont be necessary anyway.
