Australian and New Zealand shearers set new world record with 2,301 sheep shorn in eight hours
A world record for sheep shearing has been set in southern New South Wales by a team of five shearers.
Their tally of 2,301 merino lambs is the first official record in the five-stand, eight-hour category.
