Average daily traffic on Transurban’s CityLink toll road in Melbourne which typically contributes one-third of earnings was down by about 63 per cent in the first week of August, extending the 48 per cent drop that occurred in July when the city was in an easier stage three lockdown.
Traffic across the entire toll road group was down 25 per cent in July, heralding a weak start to the 2021 fiscal year.
