Aussie newcomer Sam Corlett stoked to star in his first feature film The Dry – 9TheFIX
‘It was an absolute honour’
Up-and-coming Aussie actor Sam Corlett was barely out of drama school when he auditioned for The Dry, the highly anticipated Australian crime thriller starring Eric Bana.
After graduating from the Western Australia Academy of Performing Arts in 2018, Corlett temporarily moved to LA to pursue his dream. He was living in a caravan at the time when told he had been cast in the movie adaptation of Jane Harper’s best-selling novel of the same name. Needless to say, Corlett was thrilled.
