Aussie expatriate lays down $10m on QLD mansion sight unseen
An expat has signed a $10m deal for this black mega mansion in Hamilton.
One of QLD’s most anticipated new mega mansions has sold to a mystery Aussie expatriate who put $10m down on the property without even setting foot in it.
The paint has barely dried on the all black, five-level trophy home known as ‘Noir’ at 9 Prospect Terrace, Hamilton, but that did not stop the mystery buyer from making an offer before the property was even finished.
