Aussie capital city starts handing out $40 free vouchers – Yahoo Finance Australia

Canberrans looking for a cheap meal will now be able to access vouchers of up to $40 a day under a new scheme from the Australian Capital Territory.
The trial ChooseCBR scheme will run until December 2021 with new vouchers released every day, or until the $500,000 pool of vouchers is emptied.
From Wednesday, registered participants receive five discount vouchers of different values each day which can be used at participating businesses.
