While quarantining with several of the games top players in Adelaide, Djokovic moved to clarify his message to Tiley was for the benefit of other players rather than his own, with some suggestions involving moving quarantined players to private homes with tennis courts and getting them better meals.
Speaking on 3AW Sportsday, Tiley admitted Djokovics list of public missteps contribute to the public perception of him, but that the now-infamous message was a case of unfair criticism.
