At the river mouth around 6.15am this morning, Thursday April 1, 2021. Dull grey rain clouds on the horizon but no local showers at this stage. A cool, 10 to 15 knot+ southerly blowing. A modest, sloppy swell on the bar. Choppy in the bay. Tide: A couple of hours after a 0.56m low tide. BOM forecast is for south easterly winds 15 to 20 knots. Seas: 2 metres.
