At least 16 killed and 200,000 evacuated as Cyclone Tauktae batters COVID-ravaged India

At least 16 people have died and more than 200,000 people have been evacuated from their homes in the Indian state of Gujarat as the most powerful cyclone in more than two decades made landfall.
