ASX to rise, Dow surges 531 points – The Australian Financial Review
Australian shares are set to extend their post-budget gains as Wall St rebounded on hopes for an agreement on at least some fresh economic stimulus measures.

After cancelling stimulus talks on Tuesday in Washington on Twitter, Trump hours later tweeted that he wanted at least a few measures to be passed. That was enough to boost sentiment ahead of the open.
