Seven Group has launched a $550 million equity raising to support it balance sheet and support further portfolio growth opportunities.
Seven Group will conduct a fully underwritten $500 million placement of ordinary shares to institutions and sophisticated investors, and a non-underwritten share purchase plan to raise approximately $50 million.
The placement will comprise the issue of approximately 22.2 million fully paid ordinary shares at an issue price of $22.50.
