ASX rises; Afterpay, Fortescue at record highs – The Australian Financial Review
The Australian sharemarket is trading higher after opening slightly weaker; Boe Pahari will step down as AMP Capital boss; Boral has flagged a $1.3 billion impairment; Fortescue has reported record profit; Afterpay makes €50m acquisition.

Australian Unity Office Fund has guided to a full year distribution of 15¢ a security and says its portfolio is well positioned to benefit the fallout from COVID-19.
Funds from operations fell to $27.6 million from $28.4 million. Net profit fell to $13.2 million from $44.8 million.
Funds from operations were affected by a $1.1 million doubtful debt provision in relation to rent waivers.
Property valuations increased $1.25 million, or 0.2 per cent, to $669.6 million.
