Atlas Arteria shares are down 3.3 per cent to $5.92 after the global toll-road owner failed to get the price rise it wanted for the Dulles Greenway.
The Greenway is a 22.5 kilometre toll road linking Washington DCs Dulles International Airport with the suburban community of Leesburg, Virginia.
