ASX at 11-month highs; materials and energy out-perform – The Sydney Morning Herald
The S&P/ASX 200 was last up 0.5 per cent and touched a new 11-month high of 6913.7 this morning as mining and oil companies out-perform on higher commodity prices….
About 27 million shares changed hands on Monday and 28 million on Friday, with the average daily volume of the last two weeks at 20.8 million shares per day.
The average trading volume for the past three months is just 12.6 million shares per day.
There is no new Zip-specific news today, but the company has been on the march since it reported strong second-quarter growth back in January.
