Astronaut captures incredible footage of Earth during spacewalk
Footage from NASA showing astronauts spacewalking during a seven-hour mission over the weekend has been released.

- The two astronauts were installing frames for new solar panels
- The new solar panels are expected to increase the electrical capability of the International Space Station by up to 30 per cent
- A helmet camera captured the work being done, as well as the impressive view
Support frames for new high-efficiency solar panels, which will arrive at the International Space Station later this year, were installed by NASA’s Kate Rubins and Victor Glover on Sunday.
The spacewalkers had to lug out the hundreds of kilograms of mounting brackets and struts in 2.5-metre duffle-style bags.
