ASOS celebrated for earring ad featuring model with a cochlear implant – 9Style

Fashion brand ASOS has received praise online after using a model with a cochlear implant to advertise a pair of earrings.
The ad, which is currently being run online, shows off a pair of small hoop earrings with a sweet dangling mushroom charm.
As trendy as the earrings are, the excitement around the ad has centred on something else entirely; the model’s cochlear implant.
In the photo, the implant can be seen wrapping around the woman’s ear, tucked ever-so-slightly behind her hair.
