Those were the instructions trainer Phillip Stokes gave apprentice jockey Campbell Rawiller before Defiant Dancer stepped onto the famous straight.
Stokes’ premonition rang true some 70 seconds after the barriers crashed open, with Defiant Dancer running out the easiest of three-length winners.
