Apple and Google expand Covid-19 exposure notifications – TechRadar
iOS and Android users will be able to get the latest coronavirus information without downloading an app

Apple and Google have added a new capability to their Covid-19 contact tracing tools which will help public health authorities (PHAs) track and alert users about coronavirus infections without having to create an app to do so.
The tech giants’ new Exposure Notifications Express capability will provide a simpler deployment of regional exposure notifications while also enabling residents to opt in to the system more easily.
