‘Appalling’: Indians fined as Australians vow to act on slow over rates – Sydney Morning Herald
Former Australian stars want the ICC to act after woefully slow over rates meant Friday night’s opening one-day international finished an hour late.

The tourists were contacted for comment.
Friday night’s clash finished at 11.09pm (AEDT), almost an hour beyond the expected finish and after many supporters had left the ground.
So late was it that the SCG Trust had to switch off the stadium sound at 11pm to avoid breaking local noise bylaws. The venue’s lights did remain on but there is no legislation stipulating that these have to be switched off.
