To maximize in-game engagement and revenue, EA is bringing many of its breadwinners to Steam. The latest is Respawns popular battle royale game, Apex Legends, which will be released on November 4th as a free version on Steam, massively expanding the reach of the game. Steam continues to be the dominant ecosystem for PC users and remains the platforms main storefront.
