Crowds of anti-lockdown protestors gathered in Birmingham – after new restrictions were announced for the city, Sandwell and Solihull.

Large numbers of demonstrators were seen holding placards today, as they took part in an ‘anti-lockdown’ event in the city centre.
An earlier poster, shared on social media, advertised the protest, from midday, as a bid to “end lockdowns, end track and trace and end social distancing”.
It added “Covid-19 Truth Tour 2020, We Do Not Consent”.
