Past complaints to Ad Standards about influencers advertising transparency were dismissed after passing the relevant audience test, including a case in 2018 about a post by P.E Nation designer Pip Edwards featuring Mercedes-Benz and one in 2020 about a post by fitness entrepreneur Ashy Bines promoting a hair mask brand.
