Andrew Laming to undergo awareness training after appearing to dismiss apologies to female constituents

Prime Minister Scott Morrison has again spoken with controversial Liberal backbencher Andrew Laming over his behaviour online, and directed him to complete an “awareness course”.

Mr Laming apologised during the week to two women in his electorate for his behaviour towards them.

Nine News reported the Queensland MP accused one woman of misappropriating funds from a charity organisation she worked at, which she denies, and harassed another woman and her husband online.
