“I notice organisations were more motivated to keep complaints out of the newspapers than they were to stopping sexual harassment. But I feel the tide is turning on that,” she said.
“Our business world at the moment is very fearful of public reporting about sexual harassment, about the brand and reputational damage that it causes,” she said. “They are fearful for good reason. I think this will be a watershed year.”
