Another senior citizen of note has received the COVID-19 vaccine in England.
It’s no less a personality than Gandalf the Grey or at least the actor who played him.
Sir Ian McKellen said he feels “euphoric” after receiving his first dose of the vaccine. The celebrated British actor, who is 81, received his jab at a University in London on Wednesday.
McKellen tweeted yesterday that he feels very luck to have had the vaccine and would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone.
