Almost 1000 taxi drivers have lost their fight for compensation, in the Queensland Court of Appeal.

They say their licences are worthless since the government legalised ride-sharing, with Federal MP Bob Katter hoping to take the matter to the High Court.

“We are hoping to get what is rightfully ours back – which is our licence values back. Our property.” – Taxi Driver, Shane Gist.
