An attempted murder investigation is underway after a man was allegedly shot with a home-made firearm on the Gold Coast.
A 59-year-old man was allegedly shot in the head and shoulder at his Tallebudgera home, about 12pm on Thursday, after confronting a man trespassing on his property.
