The Government announced a three-week lockdown for Dublin last Firday.
Health officials advised Cabinet to stop indoor dining in the capital in a bid to stop surging coronavirus cases.
New lockdown rules mean Dubs are also restricted from travelling, with the strict new orders saying that they cant leave the county – and the rest of the country is advised to stay away from the capital too.
