All paws on deck! Today, six dogs – four from the Australian Border Force – have commenced trials at Adelaide Airport as part of ongoing research into the feasibility of using dogs to detect COVID-19. The trials follow a string of promising results from research conducted at the University of Adelaide, in partnership with SA Metropolitan Fire Service, Australian Department of Agriculture, Water and the Environment, NSW Health and SA Health.
