An ALDI supermarket customer has issued a warning to shoppers after a vacuum cleaner she purchased from her local store exploded and caused burns to her foot.
Sharing on a popular Facebook page, shopper Diana said her Easy Home Multicyclonic Vacuum Cleaner caught on fire and set off her home smoke detectors.
The bagless vacuum cleaner – which was sold over several months in 2020 – has been recalled due to a defect which could see the motor overheat and result in a fire.
