An heir to the Aldi supermarket chain has sued his mother, four sisters and their lawyers, accusing them of embezzling millions of euros.
Nicolay Albrecht filed a one-page criminal complaint in August, according to the Süddeutsche Zeitung newspaper, alleging a breach of trust of the Jakobus foundation, one of three charities that hold the German familys shares in the Aldi Nord group.
