Airtasker looks to escape ghost of Freelancer – The Australian Financial Review
There is $485 million worth of demand for Airtasker shares in a bookbuild offering just $83.7 million.
Airtaskers founder Tim Fung isnt that bombastic, but does claim its growing network effect in the online labour marketplace will help it eventually turn profits as users return to the site on the basis it offers the most jobs at the best prices.
