Clashes between West Coast and Fremantle are always brutal and West Coast Irish import Niamh Kelly found out the hard way today.
The speedster cooped a nasty knock in the second quarter of the game at Fremantle Community Bank Oval, dislocating the pointer finger on her left hand.
Kelly, 25, was having a good game for the Eagles up until that point, setting up the first goal of the game to teammate Aisling McCarty with a pinpoint kick in torrid conditions.
