AFL to handle Elijah Taylor probe as Swans offer support to player, ex-partner – The Age
NSW Police are yet to receive an official complaint against Elijah Taylor after allegations of assault were made against him by his ex-partner Lekahni Pearce.

Harley immediately notified the AFL’s head of integrity and said the league’s policy was to recuse the club from any further involvement in the probe to avoid perceptions of a conflict of interest.
“Obviously the welfare of both Elijah and Lekahni is paramount,” he said.
“We’re dealing with two young people here. I won’t go into specific details of that, but absolutely there is support on both sides as we work through what’s a very complex situation.
