The AFL dream remains alive for forgotten premiership Eagle Daniel Venables after today’s rookie draft, while Fremantle also re-signed a familiar face.

Concussion victim Daniel Venables remains a chance to re-launch his career next year, after West Coast re-listed the premiership forward in this mornings rookie draft.
Venables has not played since being knocked out against Melbourne in round nine 2019 19 months ago.
