AFL calls emergency phone hook-up over fears around pathway revamp
NAB League coaches and talent managers were summoned to an emergency phone hook-up late on Tuesday afternoon following a day of discontent in Victorias pathway competition.
It is understood the discussion was prompted by foxfooty.com.aus story from earlier in the day in which recruiters and list managers were critical of the revamped boys system.
The AFL, which continues to staunchly defend the changes it has implemented, told NAB League officials the season will run business as usual.
