Australia international Alex Carey has tonight struck the first century of the Big Bash League summer, blasting 101 runs off just 62 balls to set up a crushing Adelaide Strikers victory over the Brisbane Heat.
And teammate Michael Neser ensured the Adelaide Oval fans were treated to box-office entertainment right until the final delivery of the match, taking one of the best catches of the summer.
