Adelaide eye swoop for former fan favourite Goodwin – The World Game
Adelaide coach Carl Veart says he will jump at the prospect of signing Craig Goodwin if the Socceroos winger decides to return to the A-League.

Goodwin’s loan deal with Saudi Premier League club Abha has come to an end, with early reports suggesting he will now return to parent club Al-Wehda.
But Adelaide will sound out the possibility of luring Goodwin back to his hometown club, with the South Australian already having spent two stints at the Reds.
“Craig’s a very proud South Australian and he’s had a lot of success here at the club,” Veart said on Thursday.
“And if there’s an opportunity to bring him back the club will jump at it.”
