Adelaide Crows CEO Andrew Fagan has surprisingly quit on the eve of the 2021 AFL season.
Fagan and the Crows announced on Thursday they would be parting ways following a dismal 2020 season which landed Adelaide’s first ever wooden spoon.
The Crows press release said Fagan would “transition” out of his job as the club “embarks upon a new strategic agenda.”
“I initiated this conversation about a transition with former chairman Rob Chapman more than a year ago,” Fagan said.
