Hayden Panettiere’s ex-boyfriend Brian Hickerson is going to prison.
The 31-year-old was sentenced to 45-days in county jail, following several domestic violence allegations against the Heroes actress.
As reported by ET, Hickerson pleaded no contest to two felony counts of injuring a spouse or girlfriend. He’ll be placed on probation for four years with a five-year protective order, and will have to attend 52 domestic violence classes and pay US$500 (approx. $650) in restitution.
