ACT records 21 new COVID-19 cases as government announces change in restrictions for some industries

The ACT has recorded 21 new locally acquired COVID-19 cases, taking the total number of cases in the territory’s outbreak to 211.
Fifteen of the new cases are linked to existing infections, and at least six people were out in the community during their infectious period.
